I have worked on AI media content operations, AI tool education, AIGC visual creation, and an AI workplace productivity paid-learning project. My value is not that I do everything. It is that I understand products through content, express ideas through AIGC, and use tools to ship quickly.

AI Content Operations

Ant Group (HRO) | Hangzhou

Contributed to the Homi official website from zero to launch, covering information architecture, content filling, page checks, launch coordination, and Homi IP robot visual design.
Operated the core Dima content column, producing 9 in-depth posts around requirement creation, requirement breakdown, async collaboration, AI fields, and cross-platform creation.
Took over daily Ant+ community operations, maintaining publishing cadence, feedback collection, business groups, mail and DingTalk card setup, curated content, and reward fulfillment.
Participated in CIO IP design and research on how Ant+ can coexist with AI Agents, producing IP visual assets and reference research.
Supported Product Day, CLI livestreams, and annual merch procurement, covering event execution, livestream coordination, material management, supplier communication, and roughly 100k RMB procurement budget.

AIGC Content Operations

Hangzhou Schrodinger Cat Technology | Hangzhou

Operated the Xiaohongshu goth-style account Fashion Mind and the official account Magicat.AI, building SOPs for AI model creation and AI video production from Midjourney images to Kling video.
Led an AIGC video agent project, helping the operations team refine product selling points, compare 8 tools including Runway, Pika, and Kling, and build a fully AI-driven video workflow.
Independently wrote AI product white papers, user manuals, and guides from zero, while structuring product materials with reference to Shots, Napkin, Recraft, and other competitors.

Built the AI tools account Shenlan AI Toolbox from zero, producing multiple 1M+ view videos and supporting livestream conversion with the main account Shenlan AI.
Designed and launched original AI PPT / AI Excel tutorials across text and video formats to help enterprise users understand and use AI office tools.
Participated in the cold start of the Shenlan Selected WeChat account, writing tech content, producing a 670k+ view post, and helping grow the account by 4,000+ followers.
